If Garrus sent you then you're Tsuna Sawada, right? We need your help to keep the medical wing protected. But you're one of the new recruits, so do you know where to find us yet?
[ that's probably the last of what he says through text— soon enough, there's a rather short boy entering medical— he's not terribly short, for a fifteen year old that still grows, but his hair is probably what makes him look just a bit taller. so! when he enters, he gives the medical ward just another quick look around, before calling. ]
[Maya is working near to the entrance at the time of Tsuna's arrival. Clipboard in hand, she's busying herself taking down readings from one of many sophisticated-looking machines, garbed in her blue Medical Squad uniform (...which actually quite nicely compliments the red-orange tone of the tentacles cascading from her back, not that Maya cares about such things).
At the sound of her name, she turns to see the short teenager standing at the entrance to the wing and hurries over.]
[ that's an octopus— a person-octopus? MAYA IS HALF OCTOPUS.
to be honest— tsuna's been through the adaption phase of aliens and otherworldly creatures back on selena, so at least it doesn't seem like he's about to fall over, or faint from the shock— they were in space, there were going to be things here that were obviously from elsewhere, and space is a very vast place, with beings from just about every corner you could think of.
alas, tsuna being tsuna, he doesn't go without seeming taken aback, surprised and— okay, "freaked out" if you can call it that. he's never . . . seen . . . something like that! luckily, tsuna's more aware of things than not, more so of himself, in which he suddenly feels terrible for giving off the worst first impression he could imagine.
he sputters, bowing a bit— he's ducking his head in a very apologetic gesture, trying his best to offer a smile under the half-curve of his body. it was extremely rude and— unfair for someone he thought rather nice both over text and now, in person. ]
Y-yeah, that's me—! Sorry, if I . . . [ he tries to gesture, as well as averting his gaze, somewhat— the short lived staring that happened when he caught sight of her was already enough, he'd be rude beyond comparison. ]
It's— It's nice to meet you! Even here, I mean, with . . . But—
[ ah, she probably understood what he was trying to say. ]
